1. Raw Materials:crushed stone, sand, cement, dust and coal fly ash, cinder, slag, gangue, gravel, perlite, and other industrial wastes.
2. Product: concrete blocks, solid/hollow/cellular masonry products, paving stones with or without face mix, garden and landscaping products, slabs, edgers, kerbstones, grass blocks, slope blocks, interlocking blocks, etc.
3. Use Siemens motors, PLC control system and touch screen, use Schneider or Omron relays and contactors.
4. Use German frequency conversional control technology in the block making machine
5. Use double high-dynamic proportional valves to adjust the oil flow and pressure automatically.
6. Host uses special materials, resistant to vibration, deformation. Carburizing treatment, mold material wear-resisting anti-wear, than the general tone quality mould to extend the service life of more than 50%.
